By joining our Discord server, accessing our website, or interacting with our community features (including our proprietary AI, Atom AI), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in our community.
1. About the Community
Atheist Front is a global Discord server and platform designed for the skeptic community. Our mission is to bring together ex-religious individuals, atheists, and curious thinkers for open, respectful discussion and debate. We facilitate the sharing of videos, reading materials, and other resources exploring atheism, religion, philosophy, and skepticism.
2. General Eligibility & Compliance
- Discord Guidelines: Because we operate primarily on Discord, all members must strictly adhere to the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Age Requirement: You must meet the minimum age requirement set by Discord (13+ in most jurisdictions, or older depending on local laws) to participate.
3. Code of Conduct
To maintain an environment of intellectual growth and mutual respect, we enforce a strict behavioral policy. Violations are categorized into Strike Offenses and Zero-Tolerance (Instant Ban) Offenses.
Strike Offenses
Engaging in the following behaviors will disrupt the community and result in formal warnings or escalating account penalties:
- Discrimination: Do not spread homophobia, racism, sexism, or any other form of bigotry or discrimination.
- NSFW Content: Do not send pornography, gore, or any other Not-Safe-For-Work (NSFW) material.
- Artificial Intelligence Abuse: Do not use AI (including Atom AI or external LLMs) to generate arguments or debate other members.
- Spamming: Do not spam messages, emojis, links, or unnecessary user pings.
- Self-Harm: Do not encourage, normalize, or discuss self-harm and/or suicide.
- Misplaced Content: Do not advertise outside of the designated
🔊•〢off-topicchannel, and do not speak foreign languages outside of the🌐•〢non-englishchannel.
Zero-Tolerance Offenses
The following actions fundamentally undermine the safety and purpose of our community and will result in an immediate and permanent ban without prior warning:
- Proselytizing: Do not attempt to convert or missionize members (e.g., Dawah, missionary work, etc.).
- Malicious Attacks: Do not participate in server raids or doxxing (the non-consensual sharing of private information).
- Severe Misconduct: Do not conduct, promote, or normalize pedophilia, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or sexual assault.
- Extremism: Do not promote hate speech, violence, or terrorism.
4. Enforcement & Penalty System
We utilize a progressive disciplinary system for standard rule violations. Admin and Moderation staff reserve the right to bypass this progression depending on the severity of the infraction.

⚠️ Note: Zero-tolerance offenses completely bypass the strike system and result in an immediate permanent ban.
Reporting Violations
If you witness a member violating these terms, please report it immediately by using the
/report command in the designated 🚨•〢report-center channel.
5. Automated Services & Atom AI
Atheist Front provides an interactive AI companion called Atom AI.
- Atom AI is provided for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes.
- You agree not to exploit, manipulate, or attempt to break the safety filters of Atom AI.
- As stated in Section 3, using Atom AI or any other AI software to generate text for debates is strictly prohibited.

The views and opinions expressed by individual members within the Atheist Front Discord server, website forums, or social media comments do not necessarily reflect the official stance of Atheist Front leadership or administration.
The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Atheist Front reserves the right to moderate content, restrict user access, or modify server architecture at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
